Business Buddy is a Grenada based administrative, business support, and concierge service. We handle the tasks that take up your time including bookkeeping and payroll, errands, property checks, and just about everything else, so you can focus on what matters most.

Entrepreneurs and business owners who need admin support, Grenadians living abroad who need a trusted and confidential agent at home, students relocating for SGU, frequent travelers, cruise passengers and crew with limited time ashore.
Are you based in Grenada?
Yes. We're locally based and know the island well.
How we work
Do I need to meet with you in person?
Not usually. Most of our work is handled virtually for fast, cost-effective support. When a task calls for it we can show up in person too.
How do we communicate?
Whatever works best for you: phone, email, or WhatsApp. We'll confirm your preferred method when you get started.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the service, but many requests can begin within a few days of your intake call. Ongoing engagements (retainers, ongoing bookkeeping) typically start with a short onboarding conversation first.

Yes. This is one of our core services. We act as your trusted local representative for property oversight, personal shopping, contractor coordination, and general peace of mind, with regular updates so you stay informed.
I'm relocating to Grenada for SGU — can you help me settle in?
Yes. We offer arrival and settling-in support, plus ongoing help with errands and everyday logistics once you're here.
I only have a few hours in port — can you still help?
Yes. We offer curated, time-efficient concierge support for cruise passengers and crew making the most of a single day ashore.
Do you help yachts with provisioning?
Yes. Grocery and supply runs tailored to your vessel's needs, plus general on the ground assistance while you're visiting.
Pricing & Payment
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the service — some are hourly, others are flat-fee or monthly packages. We'll walk you through the relevant rate when we scope your request, and a written Service Addendum confirms it before work begins.
What currency do you charge in? Local clients are typically invoiced in EC dollars; overseas and diaspora clients can be invoiced in US dollars on request.
When is payment due?
Standard payment terms are due within 7 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed for your specific engagement. Some engagements will require payment prior to the commencement of services.
What's your cancellation policy?
Ongoing services require 14 days' written notice to cancel. One-off bookings can be cancelled free of charge more than 48 hours in advance; cancellations within 48 hours will carry a fee to cover reserved time.

Is my information safe with you?
Yes. We treat client information with the highest level of confidentiality, and we only share what is necessary to complete the service you've requested.
Do you sign a formal agreement with clients?
Yes. Every client engagement starts with a Service Agreement and a Service Addendum outlining scope, fees, and timeline, so expectations are clear on both sides from day one.
